MOOON Exchange1. Agreement
By creating an account, signing in or using MOOON Exchange, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “MOOON”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to To the Moon Technology Private Limited.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding agreement and permitted to use the service under the laws applicable to you. You must provide accurate information and may not use the service on behalf of another person without lawful authority.
3. Current demonstration status
The current public version of MOOON Exchange is a demonstration environment. Prices may use public market-reference data, but displayed balances, orders, positions, profit and loss, fees, deposits and withdrawals are simulated unless a screen expressly states otherwise. The current service does not execute real trades, accept or transfer real assets, provide custody, or create a brokerage relationship.
Before any real-money service is activated, separate onboarding, KYC/AML checks, product terms, risk disclosures, fee schedules, eligibility rules and regulatory notices may apply. Availability of the demonstration does not promise that any regulated or real-money product will be launched or offered to you.
4. Risk disclosure
Virtual digital assets and derivatives can be highly volatile. Leverage can magnify losses, and market, liquidity, counterparty, technology, cyber, regulatory and tax risks may result in partial or total loss. Reference prices can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Nothing on the service is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, a recommendation, or a guarantee of profit.
Do not make financial decisions from the demonstration interface. Obtain independent professional advice and assess whether any future product is appropriate for your experience, objectives and financial circumstances.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your password, email account, devices and authentication sessions. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require email verification, additional authentication, identity checks or security reviews and may restrict access where necessary to protect users or the service.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use MOOON Exchange for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorised access, automated abuse, malware, impersonation, infringement, disruption or attempts to bypass security or eligibility controls. You may not copy, resell or exploit the service except as permitted in writing.
7. Market information and third parties
Market data, charts, authentication and other features may depend on third-party services. We do not guarantee their accuracy, timeliness, availability or continued support. Third-party services may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Fees, promotions and refunds
Any displayed maker/taker rate, brokerage-refund offer, reward or promotional term is proposed or illustrative unless accompanied by final published offer terms. Eligibility, calculation methods, exclusions, taxes, funding, network charges, limits and expiry conditions may apply. Promotions do not guarantee profit or reimbursement.
9. Intellectual property
MOOON Exchange, its software, visual design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to To the Moon Technology Private Limited. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
10. Availability, suspension and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any demonstration feature, restrict access, or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, misuse or business reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion subject to applicable retention requirements.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The demonstration service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free data or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on simulated information or from unavailable third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution or consumer rights that apply, courts having jurisdiction in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the current demonstration service.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Questions may be sent to noreply@mooon.exchange.
